International Online Ordering

International orders that are created online, will not have the proper shipping charges applied. Once your order is processed online, you will be contacted to arrange shipment of your order. You may arrange your shipping with your own shipping company or we will arrange shipping with either UPS or Fedex, which ever rate is most economical. Once we have received the shipping charges and or the shipping details, your order will ship.

Credit Card Orders

All orders placed with a credit card must have the proper billing address, if not the charge will be declined. That will cause the dollar amount of your order to be held by the credit card processing company, for up to 5 days as an authorization. Technical has no control over this action by the credit card processor and we do not get paid for the order you placed. We can help you to try and get the authorization removed from your credit card, but you must contact your bank first to get the proper procedure for removing the authorization. All financial institutes work differently. Thank you in advance for your cooperation if this situation occurs during the ordering process.

Domestic Online Ordering

Domestic orders placed online will ship Monday thru Friday, with a daily cutoff time of 2:30 for same day shipping. During high volume times, any UPS ground or U.S. Postal orders with standard shipping could be delayed for up to 2 business days. The only guaranteed shipping times are express shipping services. If you need express services or Saturday delivery, you must order before 2:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday and your order will be handled as a priority shipment, shipping the same day.
